The paperboard making machine can be divided into 2 types depends on paperboard cutiting ways:1.Fully automatic paperboard making machine(Normally use hot press machien to dry)2.Semi-automatic paperboard making machine( Sun drying and hot press machine to dry )

 

Type 01. Full Automatic Type

Its biggest feature: automatic adsorption paperboard then automatic cutting paperboard.The production efficiency is high.

 

This type machine normally use hot press machien to dry paperboard,the hot press machine is as the following:

 

Hot Pressure Machine: It is composed of a frame, a hot pressing plate and a pressurizing device for oil pump. There are evenlydistributed pipes in the hot pressing plate, which are used to circulate heating medium such as superheated steam and oil. Thewet paperboard or fiberboard pressed by the press machine is tiled on each hot pressing board. At the same time, the oil pump isused to boost the pressure to make the water evaporate, and the dry and compact finished products can be obtained.

 

Type 02. Semi Automatic Type

Its feature: Using normal paperboard cutting machine to cut .

For this type can be use sun drying or hot press machine to dry paperboard.
